Hello, meet Shannon and Sean!
We’re farmer-florists, community enthusiasts, and parents to Poppy.
We are proud native Texans, and our passion for flowers runs deep. Shannon initiated a backyard garden with the simple goal of unwinding after workdays as an accountant, and Sean later joined to complement Shannon’s efforts. This collaboration gave birth to Skye Flower Field + Floral Studio. We are driven by our desire to spread the joy and beauty of sustainable cut flowers throughout our community, and over the years, our commitment has only grown stronger.
There’s nothing quite like the excitement of planning for seasonal changes and selecting varieties for our customers’ enjoyment. Every year we nurture seeds into vibrant blooms, all while witnessing the joy on our customers face when we hand them a sustainably grown bouquet. Above all, we trust in Mother Nature’s wisdom, and we believe that locally grown flowers are truly magical.

Our Services
Throughout the year, we offer an array of services, including wedding design, farmers markets, and workshops. We are committed to sharing our expertise and passion with you, whether through providing the freshest flowers or delivering top-notch class experiences.
Weddings + Events
Allow us to help you design your dream event. Our flexible options cater to all price points, ensuring your event is stunning without compromising your vision. We take immense pleasure in crafting memorable experiences, infusing creativity and attention to detail into every aspect of your event, no matter the scale. Let us turn your vision into reality.
Wholesale to Florists
From February to November, we offer wholesale flowers to florists holding a valid sales tax ID. With years of expertise in flower cultivation and design, we understand the needs of florists and aim to fill the gap left by traditional wholesale markets.
Farmers Markets
For six years, we’ve been proud members of the Good Local Markets family. We offer our flowers for sale every Sunday from 9 am to 2 pm at the Lakewood Village Farmers Market. The market is open yearly from February to July. You can find us at 6434 E Mockingbird Lane, Dallas, TX 75214.
Bi-Annual Plant Sales
In the spring and fall, we offer plants for your home garden. From flowers to vegetables, our plants cater to every budding green thumb. Keep an eye out for our sale announcement about six weeks before the pickup date. Rest assured, all our plants are grown using organic methods, ensuring they’re perfect for any home garden.
Farm Workshops
Join us once a month for our flower arranging classes at our farm. Spend the morning strolling through our flowers, gaining insights into our cultivation techniques. Learn the art of flower arranging as we guide you through cutting and arranging blooms. Plus, discover tips on replicating this experience in your own home.
